completely disagree to this. yes daily drive family cars dont show major difference in breaking performance as they rarely exceed 100kmph mark. but once you reach 120+ mark or drive enthusiastically with a lot of breaking involved youll surely notice the difference. ABS tends to work better in disc break systems as shoe in drums tends to stick to walls their actuator start jamming. I feel that 4 wheel disc performs better specially in low traction surface i.e..wet and gravel as abs works great on all 4 wheels. mine drive is an 2010 sedan and thanks to all wheel disc it gives me confidence to cruise at 140. drum assembly is majorly to keep the cost down as a single disc caliper is worth whole drum assembly. by the way If someone believes drums are great try touching 200 mark once in a life and get the answer yourself. there is no comaprision between drum and discs.

When the front brake is, as you assume 80% , the vehicle will spin or lose traction at the rear.
