No one seems to notice the things I do. Roundup is a brand of herbicide that contains glyphosate, a non-selective weed killer that works by:
Absorbing into the plant: When sprayed on leaves, weeds absorb the herbicide, which then moves into the plant's sap and travels to the roots, shoots, and leaves.
Disrupting plant growth: Glyphosate inhibits enzymes that are essential for plant growth.
Killing the plant: The plant's leaves wilt, roots die, and the entire plant withers.
Breaking down into the soil: Any glyphosate that isn't absorbed by the plant breaks down into the soil as natural substances like carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and phosphate.
Roundup can kill most plants it comes into contact with, so it's important to apply it precisely. Roundup Ready crops were engineered by Monsanto to resist Roundup, which allows farmers to spray their fields without losing crops.
Roundup can cause adverse health effects if exposure occurs while mixing a concentrated product. Symptoms include:
Gastrointestinal effects from accidental ingestion
Eye and skin irritation from dermal exposure
Oral or nasal discomfort, tingling, and throat irritation from inhaling the spray mist
When using Roundup, it's important to read and follow all label directions.

What's in Roundup® Ready-to-Use Weed & Grass Killer?
Here's how it works: When glyphosate is applied to a weed, the weed absorbs it. It travels through the plant ...so no your vegetables are not sprayed with round up
