I did carnivore diet for 5 months straight, only beef salt and water. I did it just for emotional help in a dark time. Unexpectedly, 30 days in it got rid of my asthma, asthmatic bronchitis( from allergies like ragweed, animal, mold and tree pollen),ADHD etc.
I was on a nebulizer, albuterol inhaler, prednisone/otc antihistamines/cough syrup 2 times a year, Claritin, benydryl, nose spray for my entire life. I would wake up 100 days out of the year drowning on my own mucus and without an inhaler I would have to go to emergency room, to the point where it doesn’t scare me anymore but I can see how I alarms others around me. Sure Jordan Peterson said it best on JRE podcast when he said, “95% of the positives are probably from eliminating carbs, sugars, processed foods and tree oil”, but my case is different being I was born premature with gastroscisis and admitted to NICU for 10 months w double RSV double pneumonia the entire time.
Good look everyone! Thanks for posting Jordan❤

I did the carnavor diet, and while I'm not officially on it right now, I am on a high protein diet that is moderately strict. It allows me to greatly limit my calories while maxing out my protein. This creates two things: full protection during my workout, and a large calorie deficit that I can fill with carbs or allow the weight to drop. It's ironically given me a ton of flexibility in my diet. I'm trying something new this month and will have to update you, but it's given me a chance to be where I want to be.

My soul guided me to stop eating red meat in 2012 due to ethical and spiritual reasons. Some time later I no longer could eat chicken either as I felt too bad about it. I never fully stopped eating fish until last year though when I finally felt that I can't have any dead animals go through my body.
I understand that it's a personal choice based on the individuals ethics so each to their own. I just know that what feels good morally to me. Plants are made of light and if we want to go to the next level then our nervous system and spiritual bodies need certain kind of fuel. Eventually we as beings will only consume light, but not on this level of existence.

I believe the quality of the meat is what is most important in this discussion. Eating meat from a big corporation who treat animals with no respect, putting them in a state of constant fear and suffering is not something I would ever want to do to an animal. Yes, I do eat meat, but I prefer eating meat from animals that are treated humanely and had a good quality of life who did not suffer before and during the time of their death.
