Superb idea, Ashley! But didn't you catch the ball a bit low in step 3? Don't we want to be a little more arched upwards, otherwise we have so little margin?
So that we present enough cross-section of the racquet to the incoming ball, to make contact slightly above the centre of the stringbed.

I do good serving when i do an overhead i dont just riatte shoulders into ball and instead i control arm and hand which disvonnects them from the body. I feel like part of the problem is not loading back and not having image in head of arc i want because for serve i do this. How to fix my overheads?
