When cloud drake gave ultimate haste, i had a game where i had 9 second cooldown on ult. Just sat outside the enemy base and tried shooting them like fish in a barrel.

Ah, that puts alot of things into perspective, I once saw lux ult at the beginning of a fight, went in knowing she has no ult, only to get surprised by the cooldown, ik it had a low cooldown but I kind of figured that's like somewhere around 20 to 30 secs, not low enough to use twice in a small skirmish
