The prophecy of 2300 evenings and mornings was fulfilled when Judas Maccabeus defeated Alexander's army under Antiochus (iv )Epiphanes who had defiled their temple. You need to convert the " evenings and mornings" into complete 24 hour days. That gives us 2300/2= 1150 literal days. That works out to about 6,33 years, ie from 171/- 165/164 BC. At that time the Jews purified and rededicated the temple. Thus fulfilling this prophecy. The Jews celebrate this histotical victoy every year in December( 25 Kislev). It is a dual prophecy since it is prophesied by Jesus Himself to be fulfilled again at the time of the end ( Matthew24:15.) The SDA has no right to twist this fulfilled scripture to support their incorrect sanctuary teaching. Why do they ignore Jewish history as proven by the Jewish " Festival of Lights" celebrated every year in Israel?
According to SDA , Jesus did not ascend to the right hand of His Father but went into a temple in Heaven where He has been " cleansjng" it of our sins since 1844! Wow! Some 180 years have passed to date. Will He ever finish cleansing the temple of so many sins, especially as He is also said to be conducting an "investigative judgment"?

Ezekiel tells us that the generation that saw Israel become independent (1948) will see the end of time. If an average lifespan of a man today is 80 years...Jesus will be here so very soon. Let it be so Lord, Come!
