Those chemicals were prolly proccured to spray only kids in some regions to make them dense / daft / dumb / dunderheads...so that the students can flank the nation exams. THEREFORE, if your child gets an F9 in any subject, interrogate MoH instead of being angry with the kid. Someone should sue some people!!
