若要覺廢死人可感化，為何不另有配套措施，台灣政府在害怕什麼？，怕去學習新加坡實施鞭刑次數法案，與制度等方法引入台灣，才能來談廢死部份，難道不是死罪可免，而活罪難逃的公義公平性不是嗎？
