Ingredients:👇
350 ml milk
50g semolina
3-4 strawberries
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
A few drops of rum essence (optional)
50g milk chocolate
Coconut flakes for decorating
Instructions:🔥
In a bowl, mix the cocoa, semolina, and optionally the sugar.
Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in the milk. When the milk starts to boil, reduce the heat and gradually add the cocoa and semolina mixture while stirring continuously.
Let the mixture simmer, stirring constantly, until it becomes creamy and thick.
Turn off the heat and let the pudding cool for a few minutes. Transfer it to a small bowl, then flip it onto a plate.
Slice 2-3 strawberries and press them gently onto the sides of the pudding for decoration.
Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) or microwave. Pour the melted chocolate over the pudding.
Decorate with coconut flakes for an elegant finish.
