The man is totaling wrong regardless…but…on the flip side, scripture instructs women to dress modestly…for multiple reasons. Even if a man keeps his thoughts and hands to himself, it is wrong for women to dress in an immodest way that causes a man to struggle with lustful thoughts. What’s the reason for dressing immodestly if not to draw attention to oneself? He’s wrong indeed.
Before you attack my position…I have no idea if this woman is dressed modestly or not, but I would encourage all women to lessen their chances of harassment by dressing in a way that doesn’t imply you’re on display for them.
I see a lot of women on social media complaining about the DM’s they receive and unwanted pics, etc…but then I look at the trashy, attention seeking pics they post of themselves! As a woman I even wonder why they are surprised!
I’m not an unattractive lady. I get lots of compliments in my life, but I don’t receive raunchy messages because I don’t post the bikini or boob pics that I could if I were attention seeking and I conduct myself in a classy way that most men know to respect.

I am a woman.. And I do not like to see other women dressed with things falling out and hanging out either it's up there or below or in the middle. Have some dignity people just cover up. Have some self-respect and respect for others. People have no shame.

I do think that women need to be aware of what they’re wearing. Some clothing needs to be for husband’s and boyfriend’s eyes only. It doesn’t take much imagination for a man to be aroused. I’m not saying it’s the woman’s fault but we have to remember that men and women are very different in that regard.
