Ingredients:
A can of Braised abalone
5 Dried scallops
80g dried Shiitake mushroom
28g Fish maw
7 to 8 clove of garlic and 2 shallots
Ginger about 30g
Broccoli
230g Pork belly
200g Sea cucumber
10g Nostoc flagelliforme

Sauce:
250ml to 300ml water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Soaked dried scallops water
Half teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp Shaoxin wine
Final seasoning: some light soy sauce, half tbsp Shaoxin wine and dash of white pepper



材料：
一罐红烧鲍鱼
5粒干贝
80克冬菇
28克鱼鳔
7到8粒蒜和两粒小葱
姜片30克
西兰花一朵
230克五花肉
200克海参

酱汁：
250到300 毫升的水
两汤匙酱油
两汤匙绍兴酒
泡过干贝的水
半茶匙盐
2汤匙蚝油
最后调味： 少许酱油，半汤匙绍兴酒和少许胡椒粉
