Its an OBS bug.
OBS lets you allow windows to be partially transparent
and it thinks some VFX in league are transparent for some reason. Its really easy to recreate. Just go to properties of the game-capture and click "Allow Transparency" and go practice tool to test. Some VFX will reveal whatever is beneath the game-capture layer in the scenes sources. It being the client is pretty normal because its usually the layer below the actual game if you're a league streamer.

From the way it looks, he's not actually throwing the client, he's simply throwing a fully transparent texture, which makes that spot of the game window transparent, so the next window layered behind (usually gonna be the client) is shining through. With these kinds of bugs, I'm always curious if it's an actual bug or if someone just went and messed with the game files to fabricate it.
