Is “tough love” a legitimate approach to parenting? It depends. Parents should ask themselves this ONE question.

Thank you, I felt the tough, never felt the love. Be good parents everyone, your kids are going to be in charge one day. Because they are humans trying to learn from you how to be humans 😊

Sometimes tough love is too abusive it’s walks a fine line parents need to seek counsel to make sure it’s appropriate and balanced in nature ❤

Don’t hit the child with the hand you bless him/her with
Blessing listening responding in a composed way is best ❤🕎🕎🕎🕎🕎

The only form of tough love parenting I can get behind is letting your children fail safely. Not overprotecting, not preemptively fixing anything, Sometimes you need to watch them fail, even if that's tough for them. But only if that is safe and only if you are available to help them process the failure.

Tough love means having to do something that you really don't want to have to do as far as disciplining your child and knowing that your child has to learn the hard way. There's nothing disrespectful about that comment. I don't want to have to be hard on my child to teach them a strong lesson and I wish they didn't have to learn that strong lesson because they didn't want to learn.🙏

YT why did you take away my putting "Baruch Hashem" meaning "praise G-d" here? The nonJews can talk about their version of G-d though Jews can't? Anti Semitic censorship.
