何したいんか分からんけど、ガチのアドバイスするなら上体が流れてるから軸をしっかり意識してやった方がいいよ
腕に上半身が持ってかれてる
パンチは腰を使ってコンパクトに打てるようにした方がいい
脇ももっと締めて打たないと…
あと単純にパンチの仕方もおかしいし、拳の握り方も違う
