Here is an idea to help Putin consider negotiations. More 200,000 NATO forces to the Finnish and Norwegian boarders across from Viipuri, Murmansk, and Lapland. Along with the 90,000 troops in Poland and the Baltic States, this sends a message. If it’s not clear enough, NATO needs to nibble back part of the borders the Soviets/Russians stole from these countries. Russians currently have NO capable troops in any size in these areas; just Conscripts from Moscow and St Petersburg. So publicly punk slapping Putin in these areas will send a real message he will not need an interpreter to translate. Force is how you speak Russian to Russians. This is what President Zelensky did in Kursk!!!
