that's not good way to learn, from my perspective, it's better first of all adjust proper stretch form, otherwise u'll be in a banana position, secondly, u should stay facing the wall oppositely to ur face, to make neuron connection and get used to the straight position, then u need to try the free handstand and if u have balancing troubles, then practice in frog stand position, also u need to fulfill the strength requirements
