4 tbs extra virgin olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, sliced as thin as you can
Tt Calabrian spicy pepper or red pepper flakes
1 28oz can DOP San Marzano tomatoes
1 Tbs Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 cup cup romano cheese, grated [optional

Place a pot of water to boil; cook pasta al dente, according to directions. Meanwhile in a skillet gently infuse garlic with 3 tbs olive oil over medium heat, when it starts frying add red pepper and soon after tomatoes and ½ cup of hot water, season with salt and bring to simmer, cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce over high heat. Tyrn off heat, finish with parsley, some finishing extra virgin oo and cheese [optional] before serving #pasta #tomatoes #sanmarzano #calabrese #pepper #videorecipe #recipe #vegetarian
