Yes that’s how I currently feel with my weed addiction, I dont want to keep smoking but I ve been doing it bc of the cravings, it’s like my brain constantly thinks about smoking and then when I try to quit I feel so frustrated and anxious and it’s very hard to trust myself that I won’t relapse due to all the failures that I ve had, however I still continue trying. Right now im on day 2 of being sober
