Say what you want about Hogan you can't take his legacy away from him. To me he's the greatest star not wrestler of all time. The way he went from total baby face to absolute heel was legendary. No one else been able to pull of a heel turn like that since.

It had to be nerve racking for hogan. I couldn't imagine walking down to that ring and as soon as you start talking, people start throwing trash at you and you're thinking.. OK now either there is something big here and this is going to possible be great OR I just flushed the biggest and most Successful wrestling career ever down the toilet..
Like him or not that was one hell of a risk.
Even with hulkamania, not being as popular as it once was, he still could have made plenty of money milking it for a few more years if he played his cards right and then retire. But he risked all that. And im glad he did.
