Dude in a day I was playing with Maggie and I got the missing poster ( I think it's the trinket name) and the floor didn't have the sacrificil room so I restarted and literally 1 second later I remembered that I can go to the next floor and find the sacrificil room and unlock the lost

lost rlly just...... isn't hard to unlock, you just rush the poster unlock early on and by the time you unlock polaroid and negative on a new file ur bound to find it sooner than later

I literally tried to unlock the lost holding the "missing poster" in the sacrifice room, but at the time I got to zero HP, i got teleported to the devil deal first and died there... so no unlock for me ._.

The missing poster is way easier than the old unlock method.
You needed to, in order and in back to back runs, for as Isaac to a mulliboom in the basement, then die to your own bomb as Maggy, then die as Judas to Mom (the enemies Mom spawns didn't count), then die as Azazel to Satan. Failing any one step meant starting back from the beginning
