I only eat breakfast. I do intermittent fasting but only because I eat a big breakfast and that's it. It fills me up and I'm fine. So, between 9am and 11am, then I drink whatever, whenever. (I don't drink alcohol. )

Intermittent fasting is pretty easy when your food window is basically right after you wake up and then your fasting is mostly going to be sleep. At least that how it was for me 2 hours after I wake up I eat then I just drink water and the most of the fasting is in my sleep

Concentration camp survivors went months and months, many lived into 90s. I know nothing of infant nutrition needs though. Doctors and nutritionists WAY recommend overeating though for adults. 2000 calories, divided over 6 meals and such is insanely too much food.

You can survive for 120 days with water, as long as you get salt. A family friend did it. It was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen to be honest. Especially living in the land of supersized meals
