I have a cluttered house and it's been difficult to clean for over a year. I considered after watching youtube that maybe the issue isn't just a lack of willpower or ability and might be something else. I also am currently working on getting tested for ADHD. If I hyperfixate it's in more covert ways. Thanks for the video though, at least I know I'm on the right path!
