Day 29 of one boating tip a day !

It happens, it happens, it happened to me twice.
One time prop warp on PORT engine when I was prepping for a med moor approach engine just died from a prop warp in a crowded marina where wind was pushing me on small fishing boats I just made sure I’m clear and gave a strong fwd to gain maneuverability, love tap reverse to not smack on a boat that was on my port, more fwd power to gain maneuverability and I was out of the marina, anchored, unpropwraped myself and went back in.
Second time STBD engine had a total clusterfuck with something I couldn’t fix, I had to dock the boat on a fuel dock, and I just gained speed and then putting engine in natural drifting towards the dock with control by using the rudders and just break by using the port engine, I just made sure to do a STBD side approach so when I break the bow will swing away from dock.

Hopefully these tips can help you avoid a massive shitshow if your engines fail :)
