Just as I was transferring my photos to my computer and do a factory reset, I decided to watch this video.
I will say, so far so good, no more error. I guess the big question is, why did the cloud app all of the sudden start giving issues? Is this a Verizon thing? I wonder if I'll ever be able to use cloud again?

Was having same problem on my LG G6. Before I had a chance to do anything to fix it, I noticed my Verizon Cloud app was automatically updated within the last hour and I no longer am having any issues. Seems like Verizon must have been made aware of the issue and found a fix for it already? Wanted to let those who actually use Verizon Cloud for backup know about this so there hopefully shouldn't be a need to have the app disabled anymore!

OMG! I was literally about to factory restart my phone (I didn't want to since I just got a new phone two days ago) and had given up all hope, and then I found this! It works for me (I have an LG G7 ThinQ) and hopefully the error will stay fixed. Thank you so much!!!!! Verizon failed me, but you have saved me !! :)
