Easy Halloween nails:
Step 1: Paint nails with an orange creme or jelly (1-3 coats). Let dry.
Step 2: use crack shell taco over orange. Let dry.
Step 3: paint over crack shell taco with an orange jelly (1-2 coats).
4. Finish off with a glossy taco (could also use a matte taco)
Now you have cracked pumpkin nails!
Here's another super easy and fun one...
Step one: paint nails with 1 coat of clear polish or a creme of any color if you don't have clear (or top coat works too). Let dry
Step 2: paint nails with crack shell taco. Let dry
Step 3: paint over crack shell taco with 1 coat of a green metallic. Let dry
Step 4: use a grey or black metallic to outline the cracks. Let dry and finish off with a glossy taco.
Now you have snake/dragon scale nails!

Does the crackle effect work with different colors? Say maybe color the polish red for a blood splatter Halloween effect? Or does it no longer work when adding a pigment? :D
Edit for clarification: I do not mean the base color underneath the crackle polish. I meant the crackle polish itself. It is black at the moment but could it be colored in a different color as well and still work? : )
