I looked you up on the youtube search bar today because I also thought the same thing. But bro, I wanna let you know, you did not ruin your life at all. I was in a toxic situation for 3 years, it ruined my finances, mental state, physical state and more, and I thought the same thing, I ruined my life. It has been two years since those thoughts, I lost almost 100lbs, am in the best shape of my life, and reaching every day to be the best version of myself. I may not struggle with the medical conditions you do, but I want you to remember, you finally have an answer, you know what happened, so now you know what to do to fix those issues. If there is one person I have seen transform themselves over and over again, its been you man. You're an inspiration to many, whether its to lift, eat, or just live life. You got this, and i hope in the end when you look back you also recognize that you did it again. I can't wait to see another update man. Sending positive energy your way brother.
