This recipe is made from traditional Khawa - Arrowroot and it's tastest great.

● साहित्य: Ingredients:
1) 2oo ग्रॅम खव | 200 gram khawa
2) 100 ग्रॅम पनीर | 100 gram Paneer
3) 150 ग्रॅम साखर | 150 gram sugar
4) 2टेबल स्पून ड्रायफ्रुट 2 table spoon dryfroots
5) 1/4 टी.स्पून बेकिंग पावडर | 1/4 table spoon
baking powder
6) 1 टी.स्पून वेलचीपूड | 1 table spoon cardamom
powder
7) 1 टी.स्पून केशर सिरप | 1 teaspoon Saffron
syrup
8) 6 टेबलस्पून अरारूट | 6 table spoon Arrowroot

9) तळणीसाठी तेल किवा तूप | Oil or ghee for
frying
First add some water to the sugar, boil for 10 minutes and make a syrup. Add cardamom powder. Then finely grate the paneer and mix it well with araroot and khawa. Afterward take small quantity of dough, add dryfroots and saffron syrup to it. Make small balls of it and stuff each into bigger balls of araroot and khawa mixture. Fry them in ghee till they become black. Finally put them in hot sugar syrup for about two hours. Decorate them with dry fruits and serve.
