Soru Chakli is a traditional bengali breakfast specially made in winter. We usually make it in the month of December and January and we serve it with khejur gur (dates molasses) You can also serve it with aloo ki sabji (potato curry), chole or dum aloo. Urad dal (whole black gram) - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Ghee or oil
