Jackson's men ran out of ammo...it only lasted a few minutes....jackson sustained alot of losses in this battle...very costly for the confederates but nevertheless a victory. Longstreet's attack saved the day.

After tagging along with you filming all day by that point I didn’t even have the energy to pick up a rock and these men did after marching and fighting all day. Oh and did I mention I was in shorts and tshirt, air conditioned car taking me place to place, and adequate water throughout the day ?
