So true. At my current job you have to submit PTO/vacation in a system, but some periods won't get accepted like Christmas or busy summer months. But instead of declining it, they just keep it open to screw people over. So annoying why companies are being so difficult when it comes to your rights with vacation days.

This is SO true. They have the most passive aggressive approvals/tone when you finally use your accumulated vacation days, no matter how good a worker/trustworthy you are to the company 😭
