Clayton wanted to make a unique percussion instrument called a marching machine. Neither one of us are sure how to make one so we've started with a couple of 2x3's cut to length and drilled some holes. We fastened it together with some paracord and now we have to experiment with the tightness of the cord to see how it affects the sound. Clayton's next step once we proved out the prototype is to make a nicer quality one.
