In Australia a dog bit me council said my choices are 1. Advise neighbour, 2. They advise neighbour 3. Council takes dog. I said I will advise the neighbor the next week the dog charge my 2-year-old while I was getting mail out from the mailbox I stood in front of my son as it charged I had my knee out and ran right into my knee it never came at me ever again by the way 240 lb 6'3 ex footballer and there's no way that that dog was going to have my child.
