Hey there is no place in the world who follow the same ideology. Its same with indians. We (specially hindus/sanatani) do not eat beef however since we are 1.4 billions people in india with different ideology and diversities there is no surprise for being the largest exporter of beef.

In India beef' defination is slightly different.
Beef in India means - meat originated from bull, female buffalo and Male buffalo.
In india only Cow is Holy and in some places even bull.
Indian legitimate beef Industry only operates on other 3 animals for beef mentioed above not cow.
