It can feel hard to access truth when our nervous systems are dysregulated. This is when movement and nature can be helpful, including journaling and giving ourselves even more space to settle into truth.

It can feel torturous when the body is twitchy, but if you have the space to do it, take advantage of it because it will pay off in dividends. In fact, claim space. Demand it, as vital medicine for your highest and best.

You can trust yourself to move through difficult sensations and emotions. You can also ask your Higher Power/angels/guides to hold/be with you while you build that trust with yourself.

You have infinite resources. We can forget to access them when we are activated. Open to others in your life who fully see and welcome all of you. Allow them to simply be present so you know you’re not alone and have a tether while you find your bearings.

You’ve moved through discomfort before and you will move through it again, with more awareness and self-reliance.

Importantly, know that space never has to be permanent. Decisions can be shifted anytime as energy changes and clarity arrives. That doesn’t mean there isn’t a grief process involved but remember the space doesn’t have to be black-and-white.

Ultimately, this is all an invitation into deeper intimacy with yourself and your higher self. The deeper this relationship becomes, the more your soulful self leads and your life reflects more love, abundance, and peace.
