On such a gradient, you have no other choice than to push forward. Go up or fall. There's no soft stopping at 27% with clip less pedals. Enormous power, great speed and commitment. Keep it going!

What the heck man, that's insane! I've never ridden a road bike, but I do ride MTB and I know what a 22% incline feels like. I could never ride it uphill like you did in the video. What's even crazier is, your heart rate stabilizing at around 143 bpm 🤯

I don’t know how on earth roadies 30-40 years ago could climb 25%+ inclines with a 42 in the front & a 21 in the back. Even with the smaller gears we have now, these hills are still daunting!
