With Five Nights at Freddy's Security Breach and Ruin, the majority of us thought that Monty was the one who killed Glamrock Bonnie and that he wants to get rid of Glamrock Freddy to become lead member of the band. However, with the end of the Gator gondola ride with the Bonnie cutout, Freddy statue, and Monty cutout, Monty needing claws, and Tales from the Pizzaplex showing he didn't become aggressive until Bonnie was already gone, I think it's much more likely that Prototype Freddy was the one to decommission Glamrock Bonnie

Whether or not it was Freddie, the idea that Monty did it always seemed a little off to me due to his patrols of the area. It's more like he was looking for something. And we know Bonnie went into Monty golf regularly for an unknown reason. So maybe we haven't even seen the thing that took him down yet.

Monty also doesnt have a history of hurting other animatronics. He is only ever mentioned/seen destroying inanimate objects (like his room, the gates, the ballgun in monty golf) but never stuff like staff bots or other glamrocks. Actually, Roxy is a regular offender for hurting staff bots and Chica did once too. So I find it weird when people point specifically to Monty being destructive and say 'it wouldn't be too far fetched for him'.

I believe this theory. People need to think that Monty didn’t get the claws to kill Bonnie until after he was gone, and now that you said it, I full believe it was Prototype Freddy who killed him. I first thought it could’ve been Roxy or the Mimic,but the Mimic was stuck underground. I think they were good friends when he was alive

You are forgetting he, and glamrock chica, both have bowling balls to remember him. If he hated Bonnie, he would have gotten rid of bowling ball a long time ago. Also, Freddy mentions many times that he misses Bonnie
