You have been conditioned to like the taste of those things. The "taste" is not an actual intrinsic quality. And , just for the sake of it, think about the fact that you actually like the taste of such disgusting stuff! It should be one of one's life's missions to recondition oneself so that such disgusting stuff tastes like it actually should, disgusting, even if it takes a lifetime. I'm not disparaging the alternatives though.

Actually meat doesn't have any Taste, it's the Spices and sauces which gave meat the Taste so basically all humans love the taste of spices and sauces and these all made from plants so basically by default we all love plants
