That's a code of letting her girlfriend know he's following them. I guess the picture was for cops Incase something happens. (NO) Trust me I have done this many times in case something happens to me and I'll let someone know that their picture is in my phone I stay taken pictures or videos of SUS acts. She’s not struggling enough to be taking a photograph of a person who is behind her while facing forward. Try it yourself and see if you have that sort of giggling expression on your face. Unlikely she was taking a photo of someone behind her. We shouldn’t entertain this kind of improbable idea given the circumstances we can see.
