I’ve been eating ketovore. I just haven’t been able to do carnivore again. 😂. The only veg I eat is an occasional pickle or green olive here and there if I feel I want the flavor of them. I eat some condiments as well. A gal at my work just told me today she’s seen how I look and feel eating this way so she’s considering researching carnivore. (She eats tons of veggies now and she feels tired and crappy most of the time)

This is really interesting. My kids dont eat many veg, maybe a few times a week ,and i worried at first. But they are healthy and growing are now 9 and 16. They dont eat a lot of carbs, but enjoy meat and fruits, cheese etc
