It's improper to talk about the "direction" of time the same way we talk about the 3 dimensional space. Time is a secondary concept of causality the primal event continuum from the moment of the Big Bang. At the most, time has an inescapable "direction" of past-to-future flow.

Time goes out in all directions from all points, at all times. It's relative to each point.

Very, very crudely "disorder." More on point, entropy is a measure of the ways in which a system’s parts can be randomly rearranged, or shuffled, without significantly changing the system’s overall properties (particularly as it pertains to temperature and density). Entropy is not simply "disorder" because entropy is a precise thermodynamic quantity that measures the number of possible microstates a system can be in as opposed to a direct measure of how chaotic or disorganized something appears. While a highly disordered system usually has high entropy, the concept is more nuanced than just saying "entropy equals disorder."
