Had the chance to visit Bungalow NY for the second time with friends.

I'm a huge fan of Vikas's obsession to detail and patience with every dish he creates. Unlike anything I've had anywhere. The passion with which he welcomes everyone at Bungalow and presents his dishes is something which I want to embibe in my own business.

We all know about the 10,000 hr rule for mastering a skill. I was really inspired by watching Vikas in his flow state. I saw a master at work.

I saw a group of American folks next to me use a fork and knife to dissect the golgappas to have it and immediately decided to make this video.
