I recently sat down with one of our athletes, Ryan Terry, the Mr. Olympia '23 Men's Physique champion.

Here's how he structured his time while training for the Mr. Olympia title, showcasing the dedication required to achieve such a goal while running a business and looking after his family.

I'm excited to share this new series on my YouTube channel soon! 👀

I don’t get why people have to lie? We respect how hard you worked to get to that kind of shape. No need to set ridiculous, unobtainable standards for others just to look cool.

I’m sorry I just can’t believe you slept 2 hours a night for 10 months it’s not humanly possible to sustain that schedule mate😂

If a human only sleeps 2 hours a day for 10 month you would pass out regularly be in hospital or potential die its just not possible not to mention having the energy to do building workouts driving list gose on no doubt he worked hard as hell but making it sound worse then it is as the other guy knows it why hes like mmm mmm you lying

Whenever someone says I slept 2 hours a night for any prolonged period they are lying. Sleep is king.

Obviously lying. You'd be in the hospital sleeping 2 hours a day. Not to mention you'd gain like 0 muscle, probably lose a lot of muscle.

It's not that hard to win Olympia, you need the genetics for it, A LOT of gear, and the typical bodybuilder lifestyle.

The hardest part is the genetics part.

Maybe not every night two hours sleep, this is a short, they edited this video to a 52 sec video. This guy is so dedicated and he achieved so much. Way more then all you people here together. Noboby here between this comments, has achieved what this guy has achieved. Ya'll would be crying if you do what he does.

Come up stories are cool, as long as they are true. Why make shit up about your past? Nobody is going to think lower of you for being truthful

So many negative comments, imagine if you did what he did only ONE day, that would be amazing.

Why do people feel the need to lie about this stuff? You can not sleep for 2 hours a night for 10 months. Your body and mind would be ruined.. that’s not taking into account how much a bodybuilding prep (drugs and extreme dieting) would already ruin you.

How can any bodybuilder lie about sleeping even they know it's the king and they can't deny taking full sleep even if they want to

there is a small percentage of the population who can function with less sleep than the recommended 8 for adults. i know someone who sleeps only 4 hours a night and is an extremely successful and smart man.

so just how many of us can still function even for years on 6 hours a sleep a night, so can someone who only needs 4 sleep for 2-3 hours.

it sounds crazy but it is possible for a very few handful of people.

plus, he may have had nights where he slept slightly longer or had nights here and there.

who knows
