Even I am suffering from RA I have changed my lifestyle I feel very energetic
1. I stopped wheat I started taking gluten free diet I replaced wheat with bhakri
2. I stopped white sugar I replaced it with jaggery
3. I stopped refined oil I replaced it with desi ghee, olive oil and mustard oil
4 I eat lots of salads vegetables, oats lots of fruit dry fruits
5. Bakery items stopped
6. 16 hours fasting compulsory
I eat dinner till 8 pm and morning I start my day with green juice

Thanks for sharing your experience. I had a similar experience when all the doctors I met gave up on diagnosing the root cause of my arthritis-like pains & inflammation. Then I began researching the probable causes and started figuring out the triggers including certain foods, activities and the stress factors. I have systematically excluded those from my life and reduced my pains by nearly 90% in the last 10 years.

I was diagnosed with RA when i was 16 it felt like my life has come to a halt. Smallest chores like combing my hair became a task, forget about going to school and studying...took many injections and medicines but nothing seemed to help and after a lot of research and tests and approximately 1&1/2 year later we found out that i have celiac disease (gluten allergy) i completely stopped the intake of gluten and now at 20 years old i am completely arthritis free. I remember being told that i would have to take medicines my entire life and still pain would not go away completely but its a miracle for me. Diet truly affects our body. Sometimes toughest problems have simplest solutions. Lots of strength to all those who are going through this..

Thanks for this inspiring video.
I suffered for years from osteoarthritis, and I was very close to using a wheelchair or having knee replacement surgery. I am not at ultimate health yet, but I have had great improvement since adding fresh coriander and parsley with seamoss to my salads and green smoothies. These 3 ingredients have changed my life. We must have at least 8 cups of raw fruits and vegetables, especially green vegs, every day. I eat with my health concerns in mind. Foods are for healing, not just for filling our empty stomachs.
