Perfect steak? Why add butter to a pan like that it just goes to one side and you can’t even baste in that type of pan? Also that steak never fully came to room temp because it started curling. That’s a dead give away that it’s still cold. It’s overcooked and not to mention it’s not evenly cooked. Come up with a more original idea 💡
