I had my third without an epidural. I didn’t listen to the nurses at all. I ate if I wanted, moved the whole time, and birthed while squatting. I listened to my body instead of everyone else and it was the BEST thing I could have done. I felt so wonderful. Healed quickly. It was empowering. Women listen to your bodies!

The double hip squeeze saved me for almost my whole labor and helped me achieve my first home birth. I felt labor all in my back. My husband crushed it as daddy doula.
