1) Il senso di non averci capito niente e quindi di aver perso tempo

Secondo me può essere molto utile per persone come me. Io, ad esempio, mentre leggo tendo a fossilizzarmi su cose che non capisco rileggendo piú volte gli stessi righi, per poi scoprire che in realtà qualche paragrafo più in basso lo stesso argomento veniva ripetuto e amplificato/ spiegato meglio. Facendo prima uno skimming e scanning generale, so in anticipo di cosa si tratterà nel resto del testo!
