thanks! i needed this video for my ironman profile cuz i already have enough good minion setup to get wither skelly pet in like a week from coal, but i almost don't have any eggs on me, so that would be RLY helpful, thanks again ^-^

I did something similar but without fences instead i placed trappdors around block that minion that was on

instead of fences, you should use fence gates and have them open. they will still spawn on top of that but they will still fall to hopper area

You can place fence gates on a block and then open it and break the block below it and it should stay

A better way to make the chickens fall as an fellow Ironman gamer
Place a block under the minion surround it by 4 trap doors and open them so the chicken thinks the trap doors are blocks and when it walks on the trap door she'll fall

So em i did this and when the minions say they cant reach the chickens to kill them the chickens stop spawning and its been a while with like 15 chickens on the hoppers and still no eggs.. WHAT DO I DO

This is very interesting, but the way i got my first enchanted egg on my ironman was i ran around in the barn until i got 5 eggs for a chicken hat, then i just went fishing while wearing it; so i was effectively doing 2 boring processes at once i would recommend this technique.
