I have been so confused at this "fat loss" situation, I couldn't imagine being this fit and then talking about losing weight. It's kind of offensive to those out there who need to/are focusing on actually losing excess fat. Love this channel, love the workouts, but stay in your lane already. This isn't a space for focusing on excess weight loss at this point in your fitness journey.
