You should test Minecraft on 1.19 and above since it’s fully native from this version. Any earlier version is emulated

So Apple limits the game fps so that jt matches the screen resolution + 20% more
So if you have a 60 hz screen you get around 70-90 fps
They do this to save power

You can use a tool called whisky to run windows apps on Mac (works better than wine)
