Where I’m from overseas every house is build with beton (concrete) and bricks , no wooden skeleton shit one storm and you’re whole house gone like a shoe box lol .. and real clay roof panels (shillings )

This is EIFS. Modern form of stucco. Usually 1 1/2 inch - 2 inch foam is used. Combined with fiberglass mesh when base coating the entirety of installed EIFS. Finally color infused “Finish” is used to create the texture as well as whatever color a client may have chosen. Mostly used to make homes stand out with style and elegance. Affordable, cost effective substitute from using Hard Cost Stucco (5/8 inch thick cement w/lathe) usually 2x more expensive what EIFS would cost. Provides insulation from Heat when it’s summer. As well as keeping the cold out when it’s winter. Great alternative from using vinyl siding. Which provides no insulation from the outside temperature.
Hopefully this will help anyone who is need of explanation.
